

MISSION
To offer training, performing opportunities and a creative outlet to dancers in the Seacoast NH who are wanting to embrace dance as an art form and to enhance, continue, or further their dance training. FDP is dedicated to emphasizing the importance of proper technique while creating art and supporting one another in the dance community. Building self-confidence through the artistry of dance in a positive and nurturing environment is what the Fusion Dance Project is all about!

What is the THE COMMITMENT?
- Our dance season runs September through May
- Dancers will learn 3-4 pieces of choreography
- Weekly class and rehearsals are held only1-2 days per week
- Events will never be scheduled over school breaks
- Dancers participate in 1-2 Benefit performances and 3 Competitions for adjudication
- All FDP dancers are expected to take a weekly Ballet class with a local teacher/studio of their choice.
What if I'M ALREADY DANCING AT A DANCE STUDIO OR SCHOOL?
FDP members may be taking classes or even competing with a local dance studio. Being part of FDP is about bringing dancers together from the seacoast community to create art together providing performance opportunities to these young artists. The FDP class/rehearsal schedule will do its best to work around the dancers commitments for the upcoming season whenever possible. On the audition form, dancers can list any upcoming commitment's for the season and days they will be available.
What does being part of the company COST?
The season is split up into two payments. First payment will be due September 1st and the balance on January 1st. Payments are accepted via venmo, paypal, cash or check.
